Matthew Hailstone live at linuxcaffe

Matthew Hailstone is a singer-songwriter and poet based in Toronto. He has performed in festivals, theaters, coffeehouses and kitchens across Australia, Scotland and Canada. His first full-length recording "St. Distraction" will be caught and released in 2009. Matthew has shared stages with The Pierre Schryer Band, Jory Nash, Aengus Finnan, Michael Peter Smith, Rachel Ries, Andrew Calhoun and Tim Britton. In 2007 his song "Lipstick on her lipstick" was a finalist in the Roddy Read Memorial Songwriting Contest at the Maldon Folk Festival in Victoria, Australia. Back when Pluto used to be a planet he hosted an open stage at Cafe Paradiso in the mid-west.
